Hold a clamp and stay where you want it

The "RDRO2" Ruck Trainer is beautifully built and extremely durable. My only suggestion is to add a way to secure the extra strap to keep it from dangling around while in use.

Best investment for train ups so far!

The ruck trainer fits well and has many ways to adjust according to your size. The backside is assembled to minimize bouncing which helps when you have significant weight.
I suggest getting a weight collar with rubber or something snug which will prevent the weights from clanking together.
Otherwise very well put together and great material!

I bought this because my weighted plate carrier I wear for hikes/outdoor workouts wasn’t heavy or comfy enough. The quality is top notch and even signed by the company. This has greatly improved my cardio, and is a phenomenal product. FYI one of the cheaper 45lb weight plates are the bumper plates Walmart sells.

I love everything about it so far. I folded up the straps with electrical tape to keep them tidy and from flailing everywhere. The shoulder straps can easily fall through though so be careful. I taped mine up so they get caught in the frame hole.

The product is great! I wish there was a handle at the top however. You might consider adding that if you aren’t already! Overall though awesome! I’ve already put 30+ miles on mine.
